MIFX is a leading trading platform in Indonesia. As a futures broker, MIFX enables trading in forex, commodities, and indices, while strictly adhering to the regulations laid down by BAPPEBTI. Assigned in the CX Design Team, I’m responsible for the design of diverse range of products including Trading Chart, Economic Calendar, and Trending.
Implemented an interactive Edit Order feature in the mobile app, seamlessly integrating it with the existing indicators and drawing tools. This enhancement boosted in-app transactions by 17%, driving a more engaging and efficient user experience.
Redesigned the Economic Calendar feature, transforming it into one of the most popular tools in our trading suite. This upgrade led to 54% of our high-value traders actively utilizing it, solidifying its place as a key offering.
Redesigned the Top Volume feature into the more dynamic and transparent Trending section, resulting in a threefold increase in traffic when compared to previous approach and doubling its contribution to overall transactions.
